Anyone aware of this JCPenny/dockers promotion?

The sale ends tomorrow, but not quite sure how it works or if it%26#39;s

worth it. I%26#39;m on hold on the telephone with them now. Has anyone done any similar promotions.

After you send them receipt w/ 1,2,3 choice of destination and dates, they call you to book/confirm flights and send you vouchers/tickets. I%26#39;m just worried about getting certain dates, since we won%26#39;t be flexible this trip.

Yes, but its a farce. I sent in my vouchers in April for three flights, two for Aug and one for Nov. I have still not heard anything when the voucher says you will hear in 4 weeks. I have called numerous times to no avail. You get no where and they don%26#39;t have a ';supervisor'; to talk to - they are not there is what I%26#39;ve been told for the past three weeks. I%26#39;m beginning to think its a scam - you send in your vouchers and then nothing. I wish JC Penney would get involved and see what they are doing. I have a friend at work who is going through the same thing - sent in the vouchers and nothing. Also forget about certain dates, they all but told me if I wanted to go to one of the destinations for a certain thing I better book it on my own since they don%26#39;t guarantee anything.

I have also experienced the same runaround from these people. there are hundreds of complaints in the Boston BBB about them. I%26#39;m still holding out hope to get some value out of the promotion , but I%26#39;m not holding my breath. They ruined our spring break plans this year. JC Penney ran the same promotion last summer with tlc marketing and I can%26#39;t believe they are suckering people with it again. Sad that 2 major companies like Dockers and JC Penny would repeatedly get involved with these scammers. Unless you enjoy beating your head against the wall. I%26#39;d stay far away from this promotion.

Folks this post is from 2007. I also bit on this promotion when it was offered last June but i did get a RT ticket through SWA from Louisville to Las vegas. It was a complete hassle and had to get everyone involved from JC PENNEY, Dockers, to a local TV troubleshooter but I guess persistance paid off.

do a search on fatwallet and slickdeals about this offer seems like most were not honored some kept fighting and got tickets
