It%26#39;s been awhile since i asked so here%26#39;s the run down. Me my husband both in our 30%26#39;s and my mom in her 70%26#39;s are going to Vegas the week of the August 18th and i cant decide which hotel. I have found deals for the Luxor ,MGM and PH which are in the 1200.00 range and as much as we can spend for the airefare and hotel for the 5 day 4 nites. ...We want a good pool for me and the hubby and nice room for the 3 of us...walking distance to do a little casino hopping...We have stayed at IP and Excalibur both rooms were ok but EX was no good for late time snacking and didn%26#39;t like the service at IP...please help on the decision,,,

They should all be this easy.

Luxor has a mediocre pool and is a construction zone now.

PH has nice rooms, but the pool is the only part of the hotel that hasn%26#39;t been updated, and is nothing special. Also your MOM might feel out of place with the current vibe.

MGM has decent sized rooms, a much large pool area with a river %26amp; multiple pools, and many dining options in all price ranges.

MGM Grand has good sized rooms with new beds/bedding and a good sized sitting area.

The only concern I have about the MGM is the size. Walking from your room to the casino could be an extremely long haul. This might be too much for your mom, even if she is in good shape. I%26#39;ve heard others say that they did not think about this before booking at the MGM.

What is your hotel budget for 4 nites, $1200.00? If so I think the Paris, Treasure Island, or Mirage might be a great choice.

I agree that the sheer size of MGM might not be so fun for mom. Mirage would be an excellent choice if you can get it within your budget.
