I%26#39;m currently booked at the Palms for three nights starting Sunday the 29th, but since booking I%26#39;ve been thinking about the location of Treasure Island.
It will be myself and girlfriend going and were both in our 20%26#39;s. The main reason for booking the Palms was for the nightlife, but will the nightlife be any good through the week?
I really can%26#39;t decided between the two properties and really could use some advise.
Cheers,
Jonii
The Palms or Treasure Island? Please help me decide!
I%26#39;ve stayed at the Palms and TI and I would definately choose the Palms. You can always walk across the street to Gold Coast and take their shuttle to the strip. The Palms rooms are amazing. Try to stay in the fantasy tower. If you are not currently booked in that tower, the $20 trick worked last december when I stayed there to get us in the newer tower.
TI is nice, and the location is great, however, purely on room quality and nightlife aspect I would stay at the Palms. Also ask for free passes to the clubs and the front desk should hook you up. We got 12 passes for our 3 night stay. Have fun!!!

That%26#39;s what i was hoping to hear. Thanks for your reply.
If it%26#39;s your first trip to Vegas you should stay on the strip.
I would stay on the strip. TI has a great location. Take a cab over one night to the Palms to party, but I would stay central.
If it is you first trip I would stay at TI.
I%26#39;ve stayed at TI. I would stay there it will be easier to get around on the strip during the day. Then cab it to the Palms for a night.
Enjoy your 1st trip to Vegas!
TI wins. It has the three things that are vital to visiting Vegas.
Location, Location, Location.
Have Fun!!
TI without a doubt, cab it 2 the pamls when ya wanna go - saves cabbing it to the strip each day to go there.
I would stay at TI. The Palms is overrated, it is not the best location, and the casino is small and overloaded with nimrods hoping to get a glimpse of Paris Hilton.
If it is your first trip to Vegas, stay on the Strip just so you can get an idea of what it has to offer. Staying at the Palms makes you feel like you are on a remote island from all the excitement.
Decide between Rio and Planet Hollywood,
better versions of near-strip and on strip choices.
