going to vegas with my best friend for a girls weekend in october. we plan to stay at the bellagio. should we book a room in the spa tower- is it worth it or should we just stay in a regular deluxe room which is a couple hundred dollars less expensive. thanks!
Which rooms at the bellagio?
The rooms are newer in the spa tower and you don%26#39;t have to go through the casino to get to the spa. You can also take the elevator straight down to the pool. You may have a problem with noise from construction at City Center in the spa tower. You may be better off in the original tower for this trip.
Which rooms at the bellagio?
I much prefer being in the main towers rather than the spa tower. The spa tower may be closer to the pool, actually I%26#39;m not even sure about that, but I like the location of the main tower. The main tower rooms were redecorated the same time the spa tower opened. When you get off the elevators in the main tower, take a right and the entrance to the pool area is right there.
Save your money, the main part is very, very nice. Also, I prefer rooms in the south corridor(tower) of the main towers. Ask for a room overlooking the pool area, those rooms are lighter and brighter due to getting more sun than the others. To be precise, somewhere on the 9-12th floors is perfect and you%26#39;ll love the view of the pool areas you%26#39;ll have.
I kno w that the standard rooms in the Spa Tower and the standard rooms in the main tower have always been the same price becuase the rooms in both towers are identical. The spa tower opened in 2004 which is the same time the main tower rooms were renovated. The carpet, wallpaper, lighting, furniture, wall art, beds/bedding, armiore with T.V., minibar, marble bathrooms, size of the room, ect. are exactly the same in each tower.
The only difference is that some of the Spa tower rooms have a different layout inside the room but are not bigger or smaller than the main tower rooms. also some of the bathrooms in the Spa tower have two sinks instead of one(I think) but has the same countertops, marble, tubs/showers as all the other bathrooms at Bellagio.
maybe you are looking at the Tower Deluxe rooms in the Spa tower(620 sq. ft.) instead of the standard rooms(515 sq. ft.) in the Spa tower. The standard rooms in the Spa and Main tower are identical and do not cost more than the other.
I stayed in the Spa tower in 2005.
Have a good trip.
2112ps is right. Comparable rooms in either tower are the same price. One tower is not better than the other just different locations within the hotel. If you are going to be using the pools and leaving the hotel a lot then spa tower might be better. You don%26#39;t have to walk through the masses as much and you have direct access to the pool. But if you%26#39;re going to hang at the Bellagio and play in their casino and enjoy their restaurants and bars then the main tower would be better.
We have stayed 4 times in the Spa Tower. Yes the Spa Tower is further to walk but if you want the pool then this is the tower for you. All the bathrooms in the Spa Tower have 2 sinks. We have had a room partial lakeview which is great, just ask to be put nearer to the main building to avoid the noise of city center. Last time we had a corner tower room which was fantastic. This room is larger and has double windows because it is at the end of the corridoor. The rooms end in ..649. Hope this helps
If you check out this link, you might be able to get a good deal at the Bellagio. It goes to thier promotions page. I intern for a las vegas hotel group, and ive seen the spa tower rooms and I would recommend staying in them. The Bellagio is an amazing property. Here is the link, hope it helps,
