Joe's Crab Shack In Vegas??

I was on the Joe%26#39;s Crab Shack website and it said that there is one at The Flamingo, but when I checked the Flamingo%26#39;s website, I don%26#39;t see it listed anywhere. Does anyone know if there is indeed a Joe%26#39;s Crab Shack in Las Vegas? And no, I don%26#39;t mean Joe%26#39;s Stone Crab either.

Last time I was in Ft Lauderdale, we decided to eat at Joe%26#39;s since it was convenient and were pleasantly surprised at how good and reasonable the food was. So I am taking my mom to Vegas in August. She is a HUGE seafood lover but VERY hard to please--she won%26#39;t go fo any fancy schmancy expensive seafood restaurant, we%26#39;re from Boston so we are used to clam and lobster shacks. lol So I thought if there was a Joe%26#39;s it would be a good place to take her for her seafood fix.

Any idea anyone??

Joe's Crab Shack In Vegas??

Joe%26#39;s is ok but it%26#39;s not Legal. Since Vegas is in a desert, not many lobster shacks. Good seafood costs $$ in Vegas.

I am familiar with the one in Henderson. It is only a 15 minute trip or so from the strip. It is fairly close to the airport. Hubby and I stayed in Henderson back in April for Easter weekend at a Marriott (free room) for 2 nights on the weekend and Joe%26#39;s Crab Shack was less than a 5 minute drive. We loved the food, the service was great, and they treat you as if they know you.

Disneyfan: If you go back to the website, you%26#39;ll note that they don%26#39;t say the restaurant is at ';The Flamingo';, but that they call it ';Joe%26#39;s Crab Shack Las Vegas Flamingo';..... this is on Flamingo Road, w-a-y out to the west of the Strip (I live near [relative term] this restaurant, have been there, and it%26#39;s good.)

Joe%26#39;s Crab Shack was owned by Landry%26#39;s when you were in Ft Lauderdale, but sold awhile back. Landry%26#39;s bought the Golden Nugget and Carmen open all his reserants in the Nuggut. If you really want the same falvor you can eat at any of the seafood places at the Nugget and it will be the same as Joe%26#39;s. But unless you really are going downtown for the day, its a long wat for seafood.
