Hi,
is the Luxor Hotel Parking free when you%26#39;ve booked a room ???
Thanks.
Is Luxor parking free ??
Hi There,
Parking is free at all the hotels, whether you have a room there or not.
Personally I always use the valet service as most of the parking garages are some distance away from the main reception/casino area. The valet service is also free, you just need to tip the guys who bring your car out for you (a couple of dollars is fine). I don%26#39;t generally tip when they take the car, just when they return it.
You can access the valet service any time of day or night
Enjoy your trip

Simon is correct- self-park and valet parking are free for everyone using the strip garages. Tip if you use valet parking. You may have to have your ticket validated at some of the downtown hotels.
This site will tell you how to access some of the garages on the strip:

Valet park is most convenient
2.00 bucks each time You get the car.
I was just at Luxor 3-weeks ago. Yes it%26#39;s free.
Turn into the first entrance on left....go behind the hotel and take left as sign for parking garage shows. Go to the 2nd level (top) and park near the walkway. Take walkway over road, and past pool into casino. Registration is in toward your left....keep left till you see the Starbucks and turn right...your there.
Have fun :)
As mentioned, parking is free at pretty much every hotel on the Strip. The only bad thing is sometimes it%26#39;s pretty hard to find a close spot, and/or you have to walk a mile to get to the casino! Valet is good too but sometimes you have a long wait for your car, especially at the ';popular'; hotels.
And tip HOWEVER much you want....IF you want!
Thank you all for your answers !!!
';And tip HOWEVER much you want....IF you want!';
OK, I guess the forum hasn%26#39;t had a good ';tipping battle'; in at least 3 days lol...
I notice that neither the OP and ';Umaga'; who made the above comment, ar not from the USA, so my comments might be needed...
Umaga: The amount of a tip is discretionary, you%26#39;re somewhat correct in the ';tip however much you want'; part of your post.
It%26#39;s the ';IF you want'; part that%26#39;s just wrong.
You%26#39;re visiting another country. It%26#39;s important to go with local customs when you do that. Tipping a valet, or a waiter, or a bartender is not an ';if you want'; situation. It%26#39;s how they earn their living. It%26#39;s how we do it here. If you%26#39;re coming to visit, please follow the rule. Thanks!
Gee, I%26#39;m from the U.S. and I didn%26#39;t know that tipping was MANDATORY!! The last time I checked, tipping was still a discretionary thing and TOTALLY up to the patron! Show me where it says that people HAVE to tip!
Well, here we go again with another tipping thread!
Yes, tipping is totally up to you and is just a sign of appreciation. But unfortunately, most people are going to see you as a cheapskate if you don%26#39;t tip, and heaven forbid if you only tip 15%, or less, at a restaurant!!
Or, just self park and don%26#39;t worry about tipping.
I don%26#39;t find self parking nearly as inconvenient as the valet fans indicate. As long as you don%26#39;t have problems walking self parking is okay.
In fact, I prefer walking to my car rather than waiting for someone to bring it.
I don%26#39;t mean to imply everyone should do as I do, but I think valet or self park should be thought of as a preference rather than a right or wrong decision.
If you have problems walking valet will save you steps, but otherwise either is okay, in my opinion.
